The Authority's mission is to provide quality service in an environmentally safe manner at an affordable rate. As part of our mission we are committed to the protection and conservation of our most valued resource -- water. In addition, the Authority offers Student Tours to provide students with valuable information on water and wastewater treatment. We also have many Partners to promote environmental education and water conservation.

BCW&SA offers limited tours of the Harvey Avenue Treatment Facility. Students touring the Harvey Avenue wastewater treatment facility will see first hand how wastewater treatment plays a critical role in the environment, helping the natural purification process as a last defense against pollution. |
