The Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority (BCW&SA) Direct Debit Program - it's the fast, free and convenient way to pay your bill.

Never pay your water/sewer bill late again and eliminate the check writing, mailing costs and time too. Your balance due is automatically withdrawn from your account on the payment due date.

To sign up please print out this authorization form and return it with a voided blank check if you plan to pay from your checking account or a voided statement savings account deposit slip if you plan to have funds withdrawn from a savings account. Send the form along with your voided blank check or savings deposit slip to:
