Stacey Mulholland Stacey Mulholland is the Community Relations Coordinator for Lenape Valley Foundation. She is currently serving in her second term on the Plumstead Township Board of Supervisors. Ms. Mulholland proudly serves on several other county-wide boards with missions dedicated to benefiting area youth and the community including the Bucks County Children and Youth Advisory Board, Bucks Promise and Bucks County Association of Township Officials. Ms. Mulholland holds a B.A. from Rutgers University in Political Science and resides in Plumstead Township with her husband and 3 daughters.
