BCWSA to Offer Pool Fill Up Service |

The Authority will again offer pool fill up service to customers for the 2009 summer season. The cost for the service is $150 for 5500 gallons of water. Please call Jeannie at 215-343-2538 x113 to set up an appointment during regular business hours. Delivery will only be available from Monday through Friday between the hours of 8AM-4PM. |

The Board of Directors of the Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority (BCW&SA) approved last evening rate increases that will affect all retail & wholesale water and sewer service areas. The increases will be effective July 1, 2008. |

Does EPA regulate nonpoint sources? |

The Clean Water Act does not authorize EPA to directly regulate nonpoint sources of pollution in rural or urban areas through the use of discharge permits. The regulation of nonpoint source pollution is left to state and local governments under state law. |
