The Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority is planning the 8th Annual Charity Golf Outing for June 1, 2009.

This year’s outing will be held at Makefield Highlands Golf Club. This year, funds raised at the outing will be distributed to The Lenape Valley Foundation. Over the past seven years the Authority has raised more than $150,000 for local charities, including One Step at a Time; the Bucks County Autism Support Coalition; the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Philadelphia and Southeastern Pennsylvania; the Bucks County Down Syndrome interest group; the Doylestown Hospital Hospice Program, the Bucks County NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Health); the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (Delaware Valley Chapter); the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Neuro-Oncology Research Division;
Soldiers for Hope; and Bucks for Kids.
