Residents in Langhorne, Langhorne Manor, Lower Southampton, Middletown, Penndel, and New Hope/ Solebury are being asked to participate in a voluntary water restriction. These water conservation efforts include: temporarily keep from using your irrigation system on your lawn or garden, not washing your car or filling swimming pools, and any non-essential use of water to conserve and prevent unnecessary water loss and allow aquifers to recharge at a sufficient rate. The Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority Direct Debit Program - it's the fast, free and convenient way to pay your bill and give you a chance to help us with our Go Green initiative!

Always pay you water/sewer bills on time and save yourself from writing checks, mailing costs and time, too.  Your balance is automatically withdrawn from your account on the payment due date.

Signing up is easy!  Here's how:

  • Print and complete BCW&SA's Direct Debit authorization form 
  • Select the banking acount you would like to be debited.  For a checking acount, enclose a blank enclose a blank voided check.  For savings accounts, use a voided statement savings account deposit slip.
  • Mail the completed form along with your banking account information to:
