Upcoming Bill Schedule Changes for Newtown Artesian Customers

BCWSA sewer customers who receive their water from Newtown Artesian Water Company will begin receiving their sewer bills from BCWSA on a monthly basis instead of quarterly.

This update is in conjunction with the billing schedule changes by Newtown Artesian Water Company to provide a more convenient and predictable billing experience.

What To Expect

  • No change to your service – only how often you are billed.
  • Same total annual cost, now split into 12 smaller, more manageable monthly payments.
  • Automatic transition – no action is needed on your part.

BCWSA believes this change will make budgeting for utility expenses easier and help reduce large, infrequent bills.
